emWave® Desktop

The emWave Desktop (formerly Freeze-Framer) is backed by 18 years of research in stress reduction at the HeartMath Institute. The emWave Desktop is an application that works on your PC or Mac and includes an ear sensor and signal processor that attaches to your computer. The ear sensor measures your heart rhythm via pressure waves in your ear lobe or thumb (extra cost). Then it determines the coherence of the variability in your heart rate in real time. The output includes a real time plot of your pressure pulse, your heart rate variability, a frequency analysis, coherence score.

There are also fun games for all ages that motivate you to stay coherent. Watch this video provided by Core-Herence coaching to see how to use the emWave Desktop (new for 2010!). (Video to arrive soon!)

The size of a cell phone, this device simply measures your heart rhythm via pressure waves in your ear lobe or thumb. Then it determines the coherence of the variability in your heart rate in real time. Its output is a visible colored light (green is coherence) and optional audible tone.soldiers use emWave

The emWave PSR has won the American Institute of Stress Award for Distinction and Innovation. It is based on technologies behind the emWave Desktop (formerly Freeze-Framer). The US military even has a pilot program to train soldiers headed for combat on the use of the emWave and HeartMath® techniques. Watch this video provided by Core-Herence coaching to see how to use the emWave PSR (please watch the emWave Desktop video first to understand the science). (Stay tuned for video!)

The emWave Desktop and emWave PSR are available at discounted prices when packaged with at least one hour of coaching.

The Institute of HeartMath has launched a campaign to raise funds to create a video to train soldiers headed for combat in the use of HeartMath instruction and emWave use. IHM president Sara Childre said. "Donors can make a big difference in helping stabilize the mental, emotional and physiological condition of our troops by expanding the access they have to tools that will help them cope with the personal impact of war."
